Merry Market & Co. presents Art + Ale Oktoberfest, an exciting fusion of art, beer, and German tradition! This indoor-outdoor marketplace welcomes artisans, crafters, and specialty vendors to be part of a vibrant and interactive event. From live art experiences to authentic German talent, this is more than just a vendor market—it’s an immersive experience.

Vendor Space & Application Process
• Limited vendor spots are available (WE WILL SELL OUT) —applications are first-come, first-served and reviewed on a rolling basis.
• OUTDOOR Vendors are allotted 10x10 space outside. Outdoor vendors are permitted to purchase up to 2 spaces. Outdoor space is RAIN OR SHINE. NO Refunds are given for inclement weather. Please prepare accordingly for the potential of inclement weather.
• On-site food vendors are vendors that sell open food where the consumer is looking that require a DOH permit.
• Vendors that have prepackaged food that is meant to be consumed on-site. If you are confused if you should choose this category, please email merrymarketandco@gmail.com
• Expect a review time of up to 14 business days after submission.
• A $30 non-refundable administrative-application fee is included with all vendor applications. This fee covers the time and processing required to review applications and to issue refunds only if a vendor is not accepted due to category limits or event curation factors.
If you are not accepted, your table fee will be refunded minus the $30 administrative application fee.
If you would like to guarantee acceptance before submitting payment, you may request 24-hour pre-approval via email. Once pre-approved, you may apply without concern for category limitations, and no refund or administrative deduction would apply.
TO RECAP:: The $30 is NOT an additional cost on top of the table fee. It is simply the portion applied toward administrative and processing time if we must issue a refund because a vendor was not accepted. Pre-approval prevents this entirely. 🎨 Thematic Requirements: We highly encourage vendors to embrace the Oktoberfest and art theme! Whether it’s through your handcrafted products, booth décor, or interactive experiences, we love vendors who add to the atmosphere. Consider offering live art demos, DIY stations, and/or limited-edition themed items.
Event Promotion & Vendor Benefits
Your vendor fee directly supports event production and marketing, which includes:
✔ Extensive promotion (may include: web, social media, influencers, Google ads, print, radio)
✔ Security & event staff
✔ Permitting & ticketing support
✔ On-site logistics & printed marketing materials
🚨 All vendor fees are non-refundable due to event costs, staffing, and promotions. The event will take place rain or shine.
Vendor Guidelines & Logistics
• Vendors must remain set up for the full event duration (12 p.m. – 6 p.m.).
• Load-in details, assigned time slots, and parking instructions will be sent 3-5 days before the event.
• Vendors will be given a specific load-in window. Late arrivals may need to wait until all other vendors have loaded in.
